Every order follows a structured system based on destination zones.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Structure & Delivery Time
Shipping is organized by destination zones with fixed rates:

  • Costa Rica: 5–8 business days

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • LATAM (South & Central America): 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics and customs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed per region and calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone.

Shipping Method
We currently operate with a simplified shipping method while finalizing our logistics expansion with EMS (Express Mail Service).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
